For orders that total $100.00 or more, we offer Free Shipping via FedEx Ground!
For FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery, shipping time normally takes 1-5 business days. You may reference the FedEx Ground Transit Time Map below. Since FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we must have a physical address to ship to. You will receive an email containing your FEDEX tracking number when your order is scheduled for shipment. You may track your shipment HERE. For further details concerning FedEx policies, please visit the FedEx website.
You may also choose to ship via United States Postal Service. This shipping method MUST be used to ship packages to PO Boxes.
International: We offer USPS and FEDEX International shipping for our global customers. Shipping methods include USPS Express Mail International, FedEx International Economy, and FedEx International Priority. For rates, we recommend filling a shopping cart with your desired products, and entering the checkout process. Once an address is entered, you will be able to explore the shipping options and prices. Sorry, but our "FREE Shipping over $100" offer is only for our United States Customers.
We DO NOT except returns for international orders. International orders are shipped "return to sender if undeliverable". We ship internationally at your own risk, so please be careful when filling out the shipping/billing information. We recommend shipping via FEDEX for international orders, as packages may be tracked. If your package does not arrive via USPS, we can only refund or resend an order IF, and only IF, the package is returned to sender (GatePlay.com).
